Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refund procedures for services accessed through Noorpe (noorpe.in), operated by MVRPAY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Policy Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of their insurance policy by contacting the respective insurance provider. The request must include necessary details and reason for cancellation.

Free Look Period

As per regulatory guidelines, customers may be eligible for a free-look period (generally 15 days) from the date of receipt of the policy. During this period, the policy may be cancelled subject to applicable deductions.

Applicable Deductions

• Medical examination costs (if applicable)
• Stamp duty or administrative charges
• Proportionate risk premium for the covered period

Cancellation After Free Look Period

If cancellation is requested after the free-look period, refunds will be processed according to the terms defined in the policy document issued by the insurer.

Cancellation by Insurer

The insurance company may cancel the policy in cases such as fraud, misrepresentation or non-disclosure of material facts.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed by the respective insurance company. Noorpe or MVRPAY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not directly hold or process insurance premiums.
